"I was in Hilton Head for a friend's birthday party so I did not experience much about the property except the breakfast restaurant and the parking. My two attempts to have breakfast were unsuccessful....an hour wait for a table each time so I ate off property. I was told that there was charging in the parking deck but the same car was in the charging slot for over 24 hours so I was unable to charge on site and had to go to Pooler (wouldn't wish that on my worst enemy!) to charge on my way home....

"Nice Condo with great owners. He shared things to do with some of his favorite restaurants. Big heated pool and hot tub inside and a big heated pool outside. Great boardwalk to the beach and saw the beautiful sunrise. Great for families with Parking passes to get in for better security. "

"Having never been to Hilton Head before I was very impressed with the Beach House. I'm glad we stayed a few weekdays as it's a much calmer place than on the weekends. The live music is great. The pool and hot tub area was wonderful. The direct access to the beach was just what we wanted."

"This was a great short stay. 3 nights. Only negative ... not soundproof. You'll know it when College kids return from having fun at 2am & play music until 4am. We are good sleepers so it didn't bother us too much. We would absolutely stay here again."

"This hotel is 5 stars all around. From the moment you check in staff makes you feel like a VIP. Loved the breakfast every morning and convenience of walking to harbor town for restaurants and shopping. Overall we were so relaxed staying here and hope to return in the near future "
